Glencar Bidfood Steel Signing

At the end of July I was asked to go to a construction site in Chester-le-Street where Glencar construction are building a huge distribution site for Bidfood.

Corporate engagements are a really nice part of what my business does. For me to know the exact number of guests, what they want and for how long takes all the guess work out of the day plus I don't have to operate my till as everything has been paid for in advance.

As I understand it, this event was to mark the installation of the final steel, which all of the key personnel that have been involved in the project sign before it is hoisted into position.

They didn't just stop at having me there though, I had the pleasure of Billy from the Greekster creating some mouthwatering Gyros and Mimi's Ice Cream Factory were there too with a small but delicious selection of ice creams. Quite a gastronomic treat for a Tuesday afternoon on a building site!
